Intel and the Emerald Isle

Last week, Intel kindly invited me to their Shannon R&D division, called the “Embedded Lab“. There I learnt about some of the technologies they are working on, but most importantly, went to a medieval-themed restaurant where we drank mead and ate mostly meat using just a knife.
